We know it seems like we’ve been quiet here at Nyora Studio, but that because Emmy & Aldo have been busy working on their pieces for The Lorne Sculpture Biennale 2018. This years theme “Landfall” will be an look at pressing global issues, focusing on Endangerment & biodiversity, Climate & weather, Capital, Re-purpose/global junk, Technology & surveillance and Language. From the 17th of March until the 2nd of April, you’ll be able to find Aldo’s work on the Sculpture Trail and you’ll find Emmy’s work in the Small Sculpture Exhibition located at the Church Hall.
And while we cant show you the finished works until the Biennale opens, we can give you a sneak peak of the works in progress.
