Godwin Bradbeer’s workshops will excite, inform and challenge your understanding of drawing. You will extend your drawing skills of the human body in the two, 4 hour workshops.

‘OBSERVING OURSELVES’ workshop focus is drawing the human figure.
Sat 27 September, 12-4pm, Cost $210
You will learn from his profound understanding of human anatomy, and his knowledge of the primitive, the classical and the contemporary aesthetics. The workshops will reflect Bradbeer’s ongoing investigation of the human figure. Human beauty, physical ordinariness, the individual is examined as well, as the viability of hand rendered imagery in an age of electronic media.
Participants will work with Godwin Bradbeer and an experienced male model producing charcoal drawings on paper. Bradbeer’s experience & professional appointments are extensive including lecturing in drawing and painting and he was Senior Lecturer and Head of Drawing at RMIT University till 2010.
